State Data Centers
          Each state has a State Data Center (SDC).  The SDC is an official
          source of demographic, economic, and social statistics produced
          by the U.S. Bureau and other agencies. SDCs provide training and
          technical assistance in the use of Census Bureau data for
          research, administration, planning, and decision making to
          local governments, the business community, researchers, and
          other data users.
