Develop and evaluate a model for applying scientific methods to monitoring the implementation of the ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act in rural communities.

Analyze selected state policies as they currently or potentially affect employment and participation of rural people with disabilities, and to develop effective policy and program recommendations that remove barriers and maximize inclusion to disabled people’s participation in the American rural economy.
