Twenty-five family churches (41.7 percent of responding family churches) would need approval of their councils to provide transportation. Thirty-eight family churches (63.3 percent of responding family churches) would need funding to provide transportation. Twenty-two family churches (36.7 percent of responding family churches) would need freedom from interference if they were to provide transportation. Ten family churches (16.7 percent of responding family churches) would need an interdenominational sponsor in order to provide transportation. Forty-three pastoral churches (53.8 percent of responding pastoral churches) would need approval of their councils to provide transportation.
