Reported Barriers to CIL and FBO Transportation Collaborations. Forty-five CILs (75%) said their financial resources were insufficient to purchase/operate additional vehicles. Forty-three CILs (72%) had insufficient staff for such an effort. Twenty-three CILs (38%) were concerned about liability. Twenty CILs (33%) lack the resources to train FBOs in how to transport individuals with disabilities. Seventeen CILs (28%) were concerned about becoming entangled with religious activities. Nine CILs (15%) did not include transportation in their mission. End of description.
