Semantic Differential Adjective Pairs Used to Measure Counselor Attitudes
Counselors rated their feelings about self-employment on a scale of one to nine, using
pairs of adjectives provided by researchers.
"Inefficient" was rated one and "Efficient" was rated nine.
"Unsuccessful" was rated one and "Successful" was rated nine.
"Inflexible" was rated one and "Flexible" was rated nine.
"Risky" was rated one and "Promising" was rated nine.
"Unrealistic" was rated one and "Realistic" was rated nine.
"Difficult" was rated one and "Easy" was rated nine.
